Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers must have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law and in support of their qualification; the tenderer must submit the following documents with their e-tender:1. Valid Trade License.2. Income Tax Return Acknowledgement / Tax Clearance Certificate of tax year 2023-2024 or 2024-2025.3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 7,00,000.00 (Seven Lakh). The liquid asset certificate must be issued after the publication date of IFT in the e-GP System.Without one of these, the tender may be considered non-responsive.
