The tender shall have minimum liquid Asset of Tk. 22.68 lakh (Not before 29.09.2024).3. Upto date Renewed (2024-2025) of A1 Catagory enlisted Contractor of Education Engineering Department of Cumilla District.4. Upto date Trade license.5. Upto date income tax certificate.6. VAT Registration Certificate.7. The Provisions laid down in the "PPA & PPR -2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be Followed.8. Satisfying other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet (TDS).
