Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Sample of each material has to be submitted along with the quoted price. 3D sample picture of required work station is attached with the tender document. The bidder may visit KDA office to see sample work station.2. Tender security must be submited from any e-GP Schedule bank in favour of Chairman KDA, Khulna.3. The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in Supply works of at least 1(One) contract(s) of the minimum value of the similar nature, successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 8.00 Lac. Years counting back ward from the date of publication of IFT in e-Gp portal.4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 7.00 Lac over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 3 (Three) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. Years counting back ward from the date of publication of IFT in e-Gp portal.5. Liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities Tk. 4.50 Lac.6. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 9.00 Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)7. The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate.
