Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers must have the registration in the E-GP portal and legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law and in support of their qualification; the tenderer must submit the following documents with their e-tender:1. Valid Trade License;2. Income Tax Clearance Certificate / Return Acknowledgement for the tax year 2023-2024 or 2024-2025;3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate;4. The Tenderer shall have general experience in the supply of goods and related services under at least two (2) successful contracts in the last five (5) years of IFT from government / semi-government / autonomous / state-owned organizations;5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 90,00,000.00 (Ninety Lakh). The liquid asset certificate must be issued after the publication date of IFT in the e-GP System.Without one of these, the tender may be considered non-responsive.
