Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tenderers:1. The Tender must have a valid Trade Licence, Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registation Certificate.2. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 [Five] years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 3700000.00 (Thirty Seven Lac) only. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Successful Completion certificate from relevant procuring entity demonstrating the similar experience mentioning amount and duration of contract for supply similar goods and providing related services will be acceptable as evidence of such experience. Notification of Award (NOA)/work order will not be acceptable as evidence of similar experience
