Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be at least Three (03) years. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.2. The tenderer must have experience in supply of similar goods under a single contract within the last 5 (Five) years in any reputed organization having a value of not less than Tk. 100,000/- (Taka One lakh only). Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal. The Tenderer must submit evidence(s) in the form of certificate(s) (End User Certificate / Supply Completion Certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate) from the end users. Evidence(s) must contain full details of the Contracts such as organization name, Contract number, Contract Price of the supplied items, Final Contract Price as executed, completion period with date, performance of supplied items, details of the certificate issuing person etc. Only Notification of Award (NOA) / Contract Agreement / Purchase Order / Work Order shall not be treated as Experience.3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities, net of other contractual commitments, of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 175,000/- (Taka One lakh seventy five thousand only) on or after date of publication of IFT. Supporting documents where amount is mentioned to be submitted as a proof.
