Average annual construction turnover : TK 70,00,00,000.00 ( Over the Best 3 Years in the Last 5 Years )3. Liquid assets or working capital TK : 16,00,00,000.004. Tender Capacity : 50,00,00,000.005. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this, no claim will be entertained.6. Quoted amount of tender beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non-responsive.7. VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.8. To ensure the Quality of the material, Various tests shall be performed by the tenderer as per instruction.N.B:(i). Security Period Will be 24 Months.(ii). Fifty percent tender security money will be released after 12 months and 50% after 24 months. Bill of part-8 (Operation & Maintenance ) will be given 50% after 12 months and rest 50% after 24 months after completion of total work.(iii). The rates and items have been taken from LGED & PWD approved schedule of rate for the financial year 2022-2023. [ Part 1, 2, 7 and 8 in LGED and Part 3 to 6 from PWD ]
